Nine Eleven Creative Policies
Refunds and Cancellations
Nine Eleven Creative maintains a no-refund policy for services unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse or choosing to work with another company. All sales are final once payment is completed. We strongly recommend allowing ample time for project completion, as revisions may be required.
If a client cancels after receiving partial work, any payments made—whether partial or full—will not be refunded. All rights to the artwork, layouts, and development will remain the property of Nine Eleven Creative, and any unfinished work will not be provided to the client. Ownership of the completed project will only transfer to the client once full payment has been received.
Refunds will only be issued if Nine Eleven Creative is unable to complete the project due to personal reasons or illness.
Design Restrictions
At Nine Eleven Creative, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional designs that align with our brand values. As such, we do not create or customize designs that include profanity, nudity, sexually explicit content, violence, hate speech, or any material that goes against our ethical standards. If a project request falls outside of these guidelines, we reserve the right to decline the work.

Pricing & Payments
At Nine Eleven Creative, pricing is subject to change at any time without notice and will take effect immediately upon being updated on this site. However, any pricing agreed upon prior to these changes will remain valid for that specific project until it’s completed.
For projects totaling $300 or less, payment in full is required before work begins. For projects over $300, a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% must be paid upfront to secure your spot and begin the process. Deposit invoices must be paid within 24 hours of being issued, or the project may be canceled. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours after you approve the final design concept. Once the final payment is cleared, your project will be finalized, and all files or printed items will be delivered to you.
Split payments are processed via Paypal Invoice using a debit or credit card. Please note, work will not begin until payments have been fully cleared.
Files & Revisions
Each project comes with four rounds of revisions to make sure it’s just right! After the fourth round, any additional tweaks will have a $15 fee per revision. To keep things running smoothly and efficiently, it’s best to share all your feedback at once. By combining your notes into a single list, we can tackle everything together, avoid extra costs, and keep the momentum going for a speedy turnaround.
Once the project is approved and finalized, further updates or changes will fall outside the original project. Any adjustments after final approval will be treated as a new request, with a fee applied per revision.

There is a turnaround time given for each service provided in the description of the service. Each service turnaround time may be different. Revisions take an additional 1-2 business days.
