How can I contact you?

What is the turnaround time for my project?

There is a turnaround time given for each service provided in the description of the service. Each service turnaround time may be different. Revisions take an additional 1-2 business days.

What are your business hours?

I am available 9AM-5PM. Some emails/texts may be answered even after work hours.

What happens if I want a refund?

Nine Eleven Creative maintains a no-refund policy for services unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse or choosing to work with another company. All sales are final once payment is completed. We strongly recommend allowing ample time for project completion, as revisions may be required.

If a client cancels after receiving partial work, any payments made—whether partial or full—will not be refunded. All rights to the artwork, layouts, and development will remain the property of Nine Eleven Creative, and any unfinished work will not be provided to the client. Ownership of the completed project will only transfer to the client once full payment has been received.

Refunds will only be issued if Nine Eleven Creative is unable to complete the project due to personal reasons or illness.

What happens after I order?

After you order you will receive a link to a form to fill out your design questionnaire after filling out the questionnaire you will receive a design contract within few hours. After the contract has been signed and returned your project will begin the following business day.
